2. Account use

Users must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure and use the platform only for lawful professional purposes.

3. User content

The user remains responsible for all uploaded content, including ensuring no unlawful or inappropriate patient-identifiable material is uploaded without proper authority and safeguards.

4. Payments

Paid plans renew under the billing terms shown at purchase. One-off products, including appraisal packs, are sold under the published price and access rules.

5. Availability

JININO aims for reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

JININO is an organisational tool. Users remain responsible for checking CPD, appraisal, financial and regulatory information before relying on it.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, unlawful activity or breach of these terms.
